Observations

Nice villa in residence with garden and pool about 150 metres from the beach which can be reached walking through a private path. The villa, enjoys a quiet position ideal for relaxing in the sunshine, only 10 km from the centre of Cefalù. Ideal for couples and families,it is surrounded by a very beautiful garden well-furnished with small sunbeds all fenced with a lot of plants and palms and offers the possibility to spend a relaxing and interesting holiday , very suitable for children. The sleeping areas are three: 1 double bedroom with air conditioning, 1 twin bedroom and one single bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and a well equipped kitchen very large with dining room. There is also a very spacious veranda suitable for outside eating. Parking inside villa. Outdoor swimming pool and a play area for children. The swimming pool available from the last week of June July and august. At short distance (700 mt), you will find grocery shops, pizzeria and typical restaurants. Golf lovers can play their favourite sport on an excellent golf course, a 18 holes club, only 4 km away from the villa.
